Please fully wrap the item in bubble wrap (internal packaging) AND cardboard (exterior packaging) or similar 2 layers of packaging must be used to avoid any damage claims being rejected.
TYRES - tyres can simply be wrapped in bin bags or similar, the driver will not collect unpackaged items. Delivery address labels will be emailed to you unless otherwise advised.
Please also note the number of parcels you are agreeing to as you may need to put two items in the same package. For bookings on 2 alloy wheels / 2 tyres in one parcel - please ensure these are banded together securely, insurance will not cover items that have become detached in transit.
Insurance: £20 included, additional insurance can be purchased at the time of booking.
Maximum weight: 30kg per package (if your parcel is over please email us).
Pick up time: 08:30 - 18.00 Monday to Friday (no collections on bank holidays)
Delivery speed: 1 - 2 working days.
If collection fails please email us with a convenient rebooking date. If for next day please email us before 6pm.
