Packaging details!

Delivery area:
Mainland UK (Excludes Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands and Islands postcodes -  PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, ZE, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW)
Does not include any off-shore UK Islands.

Maximum weight: 30kg (cubic) per package. If over please email us before booking.

Pick up time: 08:30am – 18:00 Monday to Friday (no collections on bank holiday’s or weekends)

Delivery Time Scale: 1 - 2 working days

Cut off time for booking: cut off time for collection is 10am same day!!

Packaging Information: Please package the wheels/alloys in suitable packaging to protect the items during transit, we recommend bubble wrap/card/black bags with large delivery address label attached, please ensure packages are READY for the driver to collect, they will not wait!

For bookings of 2 alloys/tyres in one parcel please ensure these are banded together securely, insurance will not cover items which have become detached during transit. Please note also our couriers will not collect unpackaged items.

Wheel and Tyre consignments are priced per parcel and not per wheel/tyre, therefore some
items will need to be packaged/strapped together (maximum of two together).

Please pack or strap items together that need to be and put the delivery address on each item as insurance claims can be refused if packages become split during transit.

Tyres are to be packed/strapped TWO in each parcel.

Rims WITHOUT tyres should be packed/strapped TWO in each parcel.

Rims WITH tyres should be packed/strapped TWO in each parcel unless booked as LARGE (when over 15Kg each). They should then be packed ONE in each parcel and booked as LARGE separate parcels.

If any parcel is over 30Kg it will be surcharged and could be held, if in doubt please email us info@carpartcouriers.co.uk

Failure to package the items correctly could result in the driver refusing collection and possible surcharges.

PLEASE NOTE:
WE CAN NOT SPECIFY TIMES FOR COLLECTION - COLLECTION WILL BE BETWEEN 9AM-5.30PM.

If items aren't securely packaged the insurance may reject a claim for
damage. Items such as tyres and non fragile items do not need to be packaged
and can just be labelled at owners own risk. Destination address must be
clearly written on the parcel, (please do not include return address on the
parcel, you may place inside the packaging if required)
